Private Brand – Styled by Lorenzo Asymmetric Wedge (Shape 6064) -70s Estate

€65.00

An Unapologetic Italian Rebel with Serious Presence

If you’re tired of the same old traditional billiard shapes, this is your antidote. Stamped Private Brand and proudly marked Styled by Lorenzo, this rare Shape 6064 is an absolute masterclass in avant-garde Italian design from the era when briar went bold. It is thick, muscular, and unyielding—a genuine conversation starter designed for the smoker who commands a bit of presence.

The Shape: Momentum Meets Geometry

The design is wonderfully defiant. The tall, heavily walled bowl features an aggressive forward-leaning cant that creates an incredible sense of motion. The shank transitions away from traditional rounds, flattening into a sharp, asymmetric architectural wedge that contours beautifully into the hand. Because it’s a Lorenzo design, those thick briar walls mean it absorbs heat like a champion, ensuring a remarkably cool, dry smoke.

The wood choice here is spectacular, featuring a brilliant field of tight, diagonal flame grain running down the left flank that beautifully contrasts against the swirling cross-grain on the right.

Condition: Very Good / Restored. The vulcanite stem has been buffed to a brilliant mirror-black shine and shows absolutely minimal chatter under close inspection. The briar has been freshly polished, In the spirit of total transparency: the bowl shows a few small, superficial handling dings from its past life—minor cosmetic character marks on a rugged Italian workhorse that is 100% mechanically sound and ready for the match.

Since everyone has their own preferred methods to clean and sterilise internals of the shank and stem, we have intentionally not done this.
