This particular estate example is in near-mint condition, showing evidence of having been enjoyed only a handful of times at most. The rim is completely clean and unburnt, the chamber is crisp, and the warm amber-red stain showcases some stunning straight and flame grain wrapping around the bowl.
Condition Details:
Briar: Excellent, near-mint. Beautiful original high-gloss finish with no rim charring or fills.
Stamping: Crisp and fully legible
Stem: Original vulcanite fishtail stem with a tight tenon fit. Note: There is a minor factory-original cosmetic "sparkling" around the stamped cursive 'P' logo on the side of the stem, purely surface-level and purely cosmetic.
A ideal companion for a quick 20-minute smoke or for anyone who appreciates Peterson’s classic Specialty series shapes. Cleaned, sanitized, and ready to pack out of the box.
Bowl has been gently reamed, and since everyone has their own preferred methods to clean and sterilise internals of the shank and stem, we have intentionally not done this.
