This estate piece features an elongated round shank paired with a compact, classic Billiard bowl. Finished in a warm amber contrast stain, the briar showcases striking flame grain rising along the bowl walls with dense cross-grain under the heel. Lightweight and beautifully proportioned for effortless clenching, this pipe is elevated by the distinctive metallic silver ROPP logo inlay on the stem.
Curation Notes:
Condition: Very Good Estate. The chamber is clean, reamed, and ready to pack. The rim top displays a smooth bevel with crisp edges. The briar shows minor handling and storage marks consistent with age, maintaining its rich luster. The stem fits flush with a tight mortise connection, and the silver inlay logo remains crisp and intact.
Nomenclature: Shank stamped ROPP AMBASSADOR alongside a model 26 stamp. Stem features the classic silver inlay ROPP logo.
Since everyone has their own preferred methods to clean and sterilise internals of the shank and stem, we have intentionally not done this.
